Suitable for the C52 and C56 gearboxes (EP82 GT and EP91 Glanza V) Toy Tuning Dog Engagement Straight Cut Gear Sets provide maximum reliability for those with dedicated drag and circuit Starlets, the pinnacle of Starlet tuning. Many Starlet owners experience huge reliability problems with the gearboxes as it's the inherent weak point of the Starlet when pushing the boundaries.

Whether you have a 200hp Starlet or a 400hp Starlet and you attend regular track days/qtr miles events then you will be well aware of the problems these boxes can cause whether it be destroying gears or snapping shafts. Many of the high HP lads are going through gearboxes on a weekly basis so this is an ideal solution to ensure longevity.

Each set includes 1st - 4th Dog Engagement Billet Straight Cut Gears. 5th gear is a Syncro Billet gear. Features of our gear sets include billet material of the highest quality, the latest involute gear tooth profiles optimised for each gear, turning and gear cutting on state of the art and sophisticated Mori Seiki/Liebherr CNC machines and very precise case hardening and shot peening as part of the normal production process.
