Toy Tuning Uprated Billet Driveshafts/CV's/Hubs (500BHP) for all Toyota Starlet EP82 and EP91 models.

This kit has been designed for those running high horsepower on there Starlets. If you have ever worried about running slicks/semi slicks on the quarter mile/circuit then this is the kit for you. The stock driveshafts and CV's on the Starlet are fairly stong, essentially designed for a stock 4efte. When pushing the limits of the Starlet the drivetrain can come under immense stress causing driveshafts to snap and CV's splines to strip.

This kit has been designed to prevent this from happening offering a cost effective and hassle free solution with huge performance/durability advantages. Each kit has been designed to withstand 500BHP which should be more than enough for any high end Starlet build, made in the USA to the highest quality. Each kit includes:

• 2 x 4340 Chromoly Billet Driveshafts
• 2 x Inner CV's with 300mm Splines and Billet Housings
• 2 x Outer CV's 40% Larger than Stock to Withstand Aggressive Launches
• 2 x Billet hubs to Accommodate Larger CV Splines
• 8 x ARP Longer Racing Studs (12x1.5)

These are full kits with everything needed for installation. The axles start with 300mm inner spline (going into the gearbox) with billet housings. The center bars of the driveshafts are 4340 Chromoly and are designed to be torsional in order to withstand the shock load out of the rest of the drive train. The outer CV is 40% larger than the factory OEM CV and will withstand aggressive launches using full racing slicks. The full system also comes with custom hubs to accommodate the larger spline on the new outer CV and is supplied with longer ARP racing studs (12x1.5).

Overall an excellent kit for anyone wishing to extract the full potential from there Starlet without damaging the drivetrain. As mentioned each kit is rated to 500BHP which offers piece of mind for any of the high end tuners out there. OEM Driveshafts with CV's are near £700.00 from Toyota so this kit represents very good value for money with huge performance/durability benefits. Even if you are running less power and you need to replace your worn shafts then this kit offers massive benefits over the OEM units from Toyota for little extra money.
