Toy Tuning Mild Steel CT9 Ceramic Coated Manifold for all Toyota Starlet EP82 and EP91 Turbo models.

Toy Tuning exhaust manifolds are constructed from high quality mild steel and are available with two painting options to ensure longevity. Each manifold will remove the associated restrictions of the OEM cast exhaust manifold (esp. runner no 3 which is notorious for melting pistons) and will increase torque and bhp throughout the rev range. Your CT9 will now boost to the top of the rev range instead of slowly dying off which most of you would have noticed. A lot of R&D have gone into these manifolds and each kit has been rigorously tested on our own cars. Each manifold is designed with maximum flow rates in mind, they are shot blasted inside and painted to ensure a smooth path for the gases unlike other mild steel manifolds.

• Ceramic Coating (Coated Inside & Outside)

As you know this will prevent rust whilst also offering exceptional heat retaining properties. These will reduce under bonnet manifold temperatures by up to 30 degrees C and will keep the heat in the manifold where it needs to be aiding spool time, a common physic of any turbo charger manifold. The more heat you can keep in the manifold the more efficient she will be. This will increase the performance of the engine tenfold offering both rust prevention and heat retention. Ideal for those looking for maximum performance. Our tests have proven that the ceramic coated variants reduce the manifold temperatures by 173 degrees C! Each manifold is shot blasted internally to ensure the smoothest path for the exhaust gases. These are then painted inside and outside which again increases flow rates and prevents rust. You will not find another manifold with the same performance gains as these.
