TIAL 38mm External Wastegate for all Toyota Starlet EP82 and EP91 Turbo Models.

Tial wastegates are a cost effective solution for those looking for an external wastegate for there Starlet. These can be utilised with the CT9, TD04 or many other turbo kits. Tial 38mm Wastegates come in a range of colours and offer the following key features:

• 347 Stainless Steel Alloy is used for valve and valve housing.
• High temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm.
• 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature, resists "relaxing" at temperature to 900F (483C).
• Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel is used for the valve seat, and valve bushing the same material used in the higher level gates for reliability and longevity.
• CNC Machined 304L 12mm thick weld flanges.
• Anodized 6061-T651 aluminium actuator (Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, Black).
• Wastegates shipped with air fittings and stainless hardware.
• Flanges are an extra cost, they do not come with the wastegate unit.

These units offer far greater boost control and will increase turbo response times to the max. Each kit is supplied with a 14.7 psi spring. If you require more or less boost please contact us for more information.
